Tổng đài 8x24 sẽ gửi về ĐT của bạn 1 tin nhắn có chứa đường link wap hãy chạy link đó để tải về và cài đặt vào điện thoại (Để chạy link đó thì ở góc trái hoặc góc phải màn hình chọn "Tải về" hoặc "Tiếp nhận" hoặc "Chọn" hoặc "Option". Để dùng lại link wap này thì nó thường lưu ở hộp thư tin nhắn hoặc hộp thư wap của trình duyệt web)
